Mold Remediation

Commercial mold testing and remediation can be a complicated and expensive process that will forever reduce the value of your property in many areas of the United States where disclosure laws require the seller of a property to disclose any positive mold test results. It always requires that the source of the water that feeds the mold be stopped and the resulting damage be repaired. This often includes:

• replacing dry wall,
• repairing or replacing leaking water pipes,
• repairing or replacing roof leaks,
• repairing or replacing non functioning roof gutters and down spouts,
• and discarding much or most of the paper and soft items in you home because the products used in the mold remediation process are liquid and poison and damage these materials.

If you were to ask any mold remediation person expert or company about their process they would be unwilling to disclose just what it is that they are really doing and using, but the fact that their workers all where HAZMAT suits and respirators when doing the remediation, one might be come to the conclusion that the chemicals they are using are very dangerous. Even ground water leaks into basements and crawl spaces can be controlled with appropriate inside and outside alterations to your home and property.

Just remember, the main issue is to get rid of the mold, spores and mycotoxins that are threatening your health. There are many paths available to you without abandoning you home or apartment and possessions. OdorXit CLO₂ is one that is very cost effective while being very effective at killing mold and spores. Simply leaving everything and moving to a new place is often a very expensive and poor choice given that possibility that the new place may be just as infected as the one you left.
