Please note that the odor associated with urine that has saturated through the carpeting into the underlying padding and floor can not be entirely eliminated without removing the involved padding and also treating the wood flooring. If you have urine contaminated carpet padding and do not replace it and treat the underlying flooring we cannot offer you a refund. We acknowledge that OdorXit Concentrate is not effective on carpet padding and in order to eliminate the smell of pet urine you must remove the affected padding and replace it with new padding. While the padding is removed you must also treat the underlying floorboards with OdorXit Concentrate in order to ensure the elimination of the urine odor.
