| OdorXit Concentrate is the most effective and permanent organic odor
eliminator available at any price, but, if it is not applied properly
even OdorXit Concentrate will not eliminate your odor problem. This web
site is intended to help you use OdorXit Concentrate in a safe, effective
and cost effective way.
To that end we have determined that there is a basic sequence of events that needs to be followed in order for OdorXit Concentrate
to completely eliminate your odor problem. This web site details
many of the variations on this sequence based on the material being
deodorize and the material making the odor. The generalized sequence
is:

Before doing anything else, locate and mark or
note in writing the location of as many of the odor sources as
possible.
- Clean and rinse the contaminated areas without
spreading the contaminate around. Allow cleaned areas to dry naturally.
- Apply OdorXit Concentrated mixed and diluted as instructed in
the appropriate application note and allow to dry naturally.
- Wait 12 to 24 hours and test to see if odors
remaining in the original areas and check for new areas and new odors
not previously detected.
- Retreat old area once more (steps 2 - 4), and new area and odors as
per the appropriate applications note up to 2 times.
- If odors persist, call the toll free help line for more aggressive
treatment methods.
- Once the odor(s) are eliminated, there is no restriction to what you
can do to the areas that were contaminated. IE sand and refinish
flooring, paint walls, replace drywall, what ever is the next appropriate
action as if there had never been an odor there.

OdorXit Concentrate is a "Contact Chemistry". That means it only works when
it comes in direct contact with an odor source. Therefore, when using it you
must make certain that you use enough to penetrate to the imbedded sources.
It must remains in liquid for long enough to wick into the same places the urine
found to hide. This can be under carpet tack strips, between drywall and base
boards, between the joint cracks in hardwood flooring, between toes trips and
base boards, between floor boards and wall nailer boards. Your advantage in
this process is that you don't have to make OdorXit soak through the carpet
and padding first like the offending animal (person) did.
